WARRANTY INFORMATION
ALL APPLIANCES SOLD AS IS. STANDARD 30 DAY WARRANTY: May be extended to 90 days for $25 per appliance. Should the appliance fail to work, please do not attempt to repair it yourself. Please call Van Camp's Ap
pliances II LLC @ 6022762322 and we will arrange to have a repair tech come to your home to repair the item. If we cannot send a repair tech in a timely manner, we will arrange to have the item brought to the store for our in house techs to perform the repairs and then arrange return of the item. If appliance is not repairable, it will be replaced with a similar item. The Warranty will be voided it any of the following occurs:
The item has been tampered with. Damage occurred while in transport by anyone other than Van Camp's Appliances II LLC personnel. Refrigerators or Freezers that were laid on their backs or sides for transport by anyone other than Van Camp's Appliances II LLC personnel. Van Camp's Appliances II LLC will never transport a refrigerator or freezer on it's back or side. Installation:
Van Camp's Appliances II LLC cannot install or hook up any of the following:
*Gas Lines to any appliance including the following:
Ranges
Cook Tops
Wall Ovens
Dryers
*Hard Wired Electric Lines to any appliance including the following:
Cook Tops
Wall Ovens
Slide In Ranges
Hood Vents
*Van Camp's Appliances II can install the standard hoses and connections to a washing machine, however we cannot install Water Lines to any appliances including the following:
Dishwashers
Refrigerators
*Over the Range Microwaves
Customer Responsibilities and Requests:
The customer is responsible for replacement of all filters and light bulbs on all appliances. The customer may request for items to be plugged in, such as electric ranges, refrigerators, freezers, on the counter microwaves, washers and dryers. This excludes any hard wired appliances as listed above. The customer may request the installation of the standard hoses and connections to a washing machine, however any visually faulty connections will result in a non-hook up and will become the customers responsibility. A note of non-hook up will be added to the customer file for warranty purposes. Repairs:
Any items brought in to Van Camp's Appliances II LLC @ 4810 S Central Ave Phoenix, AZ for repair, the customer will be contacted (call/text/email) with price quote and written approval for out of warranty items and further contacted (call/text/email) when the repair is complete for payment and pick up or delivery arrangements. Van Camp's Appliances II LLC will attempt three (3) contacts (call/text/email). Any items left on the premises for more than 30 days after the customer has been notified for the third time(call/text/email) will be disposed of as Van Camp's Appliances II LLC sees fit.
