I want to say I love my family and my friends. I thank God for all things he is doing in my life. He took me from the streets. He helped me to get sober and opened so many doors to walk through. Anyone can change their life. Life is a choice and we either choose to be successful or failures. When life knocks you down get back up. Anyone that is struggling mentally, emotionally, and fighting addictions there are people that can help. Reach out for help or if you know someone that is struggling don’t condemn them help them. The greatest purpose to live and serve is being there for ourselves, each other, and to serve the greatest cause of all.....Humanity

Tell the ones that are close to you how much you love them. Never set with regret of any kind. Be aware of your thoughts and feelings before you act or respond. Be grateful for the little things in life so that when God gives you the big miracles you will know what to do and know how to appreciate them because you learn to appreciate the little things in life that will prepare you of greater experiences and to know how to walk through doors that open for you instead of doors being closed. God is everywhere you look. Make it a daily practice to at least take 5 minutes to breath and enjoy being in the moment that is all we have. The past is gone the future creates stress because we want to control it and most don’t even appreciate the moment let go and let God. The moment is more valuable as your next breath appreciate it and the ones that are in your life.

Today take the time to stop and reflect on self. When we take the time to care for self then everything we need or want will be given to us. What we think about is what we create....how we feel is what we will experience. Today let go of the needs of the world and reflect on the fruit of the spirit. Love..joy...peace...patience...kindness...goodness....faithfulness....gentleness....self control. Let go of anything negative and replace with something positive. If we want change then we need to change the way we feel about ourselves, each other, and life.
