Ever wondered what separates distillate, live resin, and full spectrum extracts? 🔬

While these terms are often used together, they describe different aspects of how plant compounds are extracted, refined, and preserved.

🟡 Distillate: A highly refined extract created through a purification process.

🟢 Live Resin: Produced using fresh-frozen plant material to help preserve naturally occurring compounds.

🔴 Full Spectrum: Refers to extracts containing a broader range of naturally occurring plant compounds.

New York’s legal cannabis industry is made up of several different licensed businesses, each with its own responsibilities.

🌱 Cultivators – Grow and harvest the plants.

⚙️ Processors – Prepare, package, and manufacture finished products.

🚚 Distributors – Transport products through the regulated supply chain.

🏪 Retailers – Provide customers with access to products from licensed suppliers.

At R&R Legacy, we’re proud to be part of New York’s regulated retail industry!

An important distinction: As a retailer, we don’t grow, manufacture, or package the products on our shelves. However, we take customer satisfaction seriously and work to communicate product concerns to our suppliers.

What about returns and exchanges?

Not every product concern automatically qualifies for an exchange. Returns and exchanges depend on store policies, applicable regulations, and the circumstances involved.
