💜 **Friendly Payment Reminder** 💜

Hey everyone! I wanted to give a quick reminder because I currently have quite a few unpaid invoices and open baskets.

Please remember that claiming items means you are committing to purchase them. **Open baskets still require payment for the physical items claimed.** Please don’t assume that I’m okay with simply putting payments off or holding items indefinitely.

I completely understand that things come up! If you’re having an issue with payment, please reach out and communicate with me. What I can’t continue to do is hold items and have invoices sit unpaid.

Payments need to be made by the end of today. Any invoices that remain unpaid tomorrow morning will have to be canceled.** Unfortunately, if this continues, I’m also going to have to start blocking future claims for customers with repeatedly unpaid invoices.

I truly appreciate everyone who pays on time and communicates with me when something comes up. 💕 I’m a small business, and unpaid invoices tie up inventory that could otherwise be available to other customers.

💜 A Little Business Update — Please Read 💜
I wanted to take a minute to address unpaid invoices and payment plans. I completely understand that life happens, and I’m always willing to communicate and work with people when something comes up. What I can’t continue doing, though, is having payments become late or stop without any communication beforehand.
After reviewing all of the currently unpaid invoices, any invoice that remains unpaid after tomorrow will be canceled unless we have already discussed the situation and made an arrangement. If you know you have an outstanding balance, please reach out to me.
At this time, I also need to pause allowing additional partial-payment arrangements. Unfortunately, this system has become too heavily abused, and I need to put some boundaries in place to protect my small business.

Going forward:
✨ If you have an agreed-upon payment plan, payments need to be made as agreed.
✨ If payments are not made as agreed and we have not discussed it beforehand, the invoice will be canceled.
✨ Any money already paid toward a canceled invoice is nonrefundable.
✨ Anyone with an open/unpaid invoice will not be able to make additional claims until their existing balance has been paid down.
✨ Please communicate with me before a payment is going to be late. I am much more understanding when someone reaches out rather than simply missing a payment.

I’ve already reached out to several people this morning regarding their outstanding balances.
Right now, I have over $5,000 owed across just a handful of people, and unfortunately, it has reached a point where it’s affecting my ability to run my business. Please remember that I’m a small business, and this is real money coming directly out of my pocket while these balances remain unpaid.
I truly appreciate everyone who pays on time, communicates with me, and respects the policies I’ve put in place. ❤️ I love being able to offer flexible options when I can, but I also have to make sure those options are sustainable for me and my business.

Good morning, everyone! 💕 Invoices will be going out this morning, so just a friendly reminder that invoices are due within 24 hours.

For those currently on payment plans, please make sure you’re staying on track with the payment schedule we discussed. I’ve had several accounts fall behind recently, and unfortunately, if payments continue to be missed, I may have to cancel those orders. I truly want to work with everyone, but I also have to be mindful that these are funds being held up on my end.

If you currently have an open basket, please focus on getting your existing balance paid down before claiming additional items. This helps keep things fair and allows me to continue offering payment plans to everyone who needs them. 💗
