Miss Gemma is the perfect poster pup for Norwex dog shampoo. She’s still just a couple months old, on a 10 acre horse farm, during MUD SEASON! I love that our Norwex pet shampoo doesn’t dry her skin out, make her itch, or have any toxic chemicals that could make her sick.

She really loves that pet towel too, it’s so soft and snuggly and absorbent for after her baths, she actually stays wrapped up for awhile now that she’s getting a little older. Can you say ‘SPOILED’? Lol.

After a 7 minute Lucy Wyndham HIIT routine targeting belly fat, I enjoyed Robin Long’s 10 minute deep core and pelvic floor routine. To me, that’s the best of both worlds.

I also have a quick arm/squat weight routine that I do many times/week as I have time. I have lighter weights at home than I do at the gym, but what’s important is consistency, right?

I love my Purium Super Amino 23’s to fuel my day and my workouts! At any age, but especially after 50, it’s so important to build and maintain muscle mass.

I loved my Lindywell Pilates session today, Leg and B***y Burn. What did you do for self care today?

My goal for the day is to focus on relaxing my neck and shoulders. Lately I’ve carried so much tension there, I don’t even realize that I’m doing it until I do a mental self-check. Tension in our shoulders affects our neck, our jaw, and of course, our posture.

When we lift from the ribcage and relax our shoulder blades down our back, suddenly we feel SO much better able to take on the day, right?

Your skin is your largest organ, it’s so important that what you allow to touch it be toxin free, including clothes that are laundered without toxic chemicals.
