My Solstice Share ✨️

A blessing to celebrate the fathers in our lives and the light of the sun on this longest day.

I stepped into my practice space deeper this year.

Following the amazing Solstice celebration yesterday at Dragonfly Crystal Company, I am feeling immense gratitude. Gathering, creating, and sharing in the expansiveness of Ceremonial Cacao with the beautiful beings who showed up—not only for themselves, but for the space we all created together—BIG SPARKLES. I am heartfull for the opportunity to co-facilitate and witness that magic.

This year, I also created Solstice water for upcoming projects/ additional tool for the spiritual kaboodle. I spent time journeying through reflections, investigating the mysteries of what I want to release and call in while working through some prompted writing.

To round out the day, I cleansed stagnant energies in my spaces, pulled cards, refreshed my home grid, played in the sun, sat by the creek, and enjoyed watching my husbster w**d eat. 🤗

Beloveds, I am currently away with my family, spending time by the ocean for a sacred pause. This is a time for us to honor our body, mind, and spirit exactly as they are, to enjoy our surroundings, and to prepare for what is ahead.

New Moon Blessings & Love,

I am finding alignment with the moon this evening by slowing down and staying curious. With no specific structure or guidance, I am simply spending time with my journal surrounded by the crisp night air, embracing the loving reminder of the constant ebbs and flows of life.

When we slow down to check in on our feelings and regulation, we are better equipped to investigate our inner mysteries. Following the phases of the moon serves as a helpful guide for these check-ins, allowing us to connect deeply rather than just receiving external perceptions of the cosmos.

Do you tap in to the phases of the moon? OR do you only seek the guidance when it calls?

There can be more light within the shadows--We can make friends with those faces, witnessing and showing up in strength, understanding and love

Beloved, I am sending love to you as you navigate whatever transitional energies may be surrounding you. I personally feel a significant unfolding occurring, as I listen for the heart’s echoes to guide my next steps toward the possibilities ahead.

Let’s be real: we will get things wrong, make mistakes, and sometimes freeze when the unknown tries to take control, or the universe may even force a sacred pause. However, we also shine much brighter for having moved through those moments. When we choose to rise in truth and love—surrendering to the flow and focusing on what is within our control—we can witness our journey through a clearer lens.

Allow love to be your surrender: love for your whole self, love for everything that led you to this moment, and love for the support surrounding you. Trust in yourself, the wisdom you have gained, all that you already have, and the dreams that are currently becoming.

Blessings as you breathe into the space of your becoming.

This full moon phase is illuminating, without apologies, all the ways you allow your power to be given or taken away. There is a sacred truth you hold that no longer allows you to shrink for others—so stop fearing your rise.

While this may seem easy, we know better. If fear begins to take the reins, I encourage you to investigate and get curious:

✨️What has been buried?
✨️What will rise from the depths, and how will you choose to witness, accept, integrate, and shed it?
✨️Where in your life have you suppressed yourself?
✨️ Why will this no longer fit for your tomorrow?

I believe this cycle will show you what is needed once you surrender to the possibilities of your wholeness. Breathe into the space of your becoming and rise in truth Beloved. Seek joy and allow your authentic fire to burn away anything that is no longer sustainable.

Words that inspired my morning musings: "Emotional intelligence is a gift. It becomes a burden when you are surrounded by anyone who weaponizes your understanding against you. They count on your empathy to excuse their behavior."

💚loving reminder- it is okay to be human and to recognize that you don't always have to freely give away your understanding.

It is quite revealing when you sit to record without much structure, I might want to explore this more!

Last spring, in preparation for the market season, I began a journey of "play" using my collection of dried florals and botanicals. Inspired by the beauty of foliage that never fades, I brought my vision of the "Everlasting Wreath" to life.

My creative process is guided by intuition. I begin by clearing my space and selecting botanicals based on how they feel in the moment, allowing each wreath to become exactly what it wishes to be.

While every piece is unique, I have noticed a recurring theme of elements included in each creation:

- A shell: Representing the West winds, water, and the courage found in surrendering to the flow. A spiral to embrace all seasons + the spiral of life
- Moss: Bringing the essence of the forest to each piece.
- Crystals and gemstones: Honoring Earth Mother and the gifts of stone medicine.
- White Sage: Representing clarity and respect for the land.
- A light-catching prism: Reflecting the magic and inner light within us all.
- Gold or brass: Adding warmth and enchantment to the space in resides.
