Despite our most challenging year yet, our children have shown incredible strength and resilience. After being forced to leave our school in Mirebalais because of escalating gang violence, we opened a new school in Hinche to ensure our students could continue their education in a safe environment.

Through every obstacle, our students remained committed to learning. On July 31, they proudly completed the academic year and celebrated this important milestone with a joyful party—a reminder that even in the face of hardship, hope, perseverance, and community continue to prevail.
