Here's the results from bolstering the knuckles on this Kawai KG5C. This is one of the things I do on an action regulation job to restore the touch like when the piano was brand new.

Returned this 1917 Steinway M to the First Baptist Church in Port Lavaca after extensive action work. The piano sounds amazing in its new spot and plays far nicer than any brand new piano.

**Custom made grand piano Undercover** Pianos go out of tune very quickly and internal damage can occur unless the humidity is kept stable. This is not easy to accomplish unless you live an area with temperate climate like California. Dampp-Chaser makes a product specifically for pianos that does an effective job at this however, it's effectiveness can be increased with an undercover. I used Velcro to attach the undercover to this Steinway grand. It makes for a very neat installation that can easy be taken off and reattached for easy service of your Dampp-Chaser.

Received this card in the mail. It says "Thank you for saving our concert with an emergency piano tuning". The piano had been scheduled for tuning but the tuner in Houston cancelled 15 minutes before time of arrival. They ran out of options so I drove 180 miles to tune this piano. Turns out, it was a very neglected Steinway concert grand that had not been tuned for many years. It's always nice when you get recognized for going the second mile (in this case 180 miles).

I recently completed a comprehensive action rebuild on a 1917 Steinway M. The piano had been rebuilt but the action left a lot to be desired. The touch of this action is now extremely responsive and even and much easier to play fast and softly. The different is like night and day. I would not be afraid to put this 100 year old piano next to a brand new Steinway M.

Performed on a 1917 Steinway M with WNG composite action parts and Ronsen Bacon felt hammers.
