After a few months of “winter break,” we’re BACK for the summer! ☀️
Come see us at Goliad Market Days starting in July — we can’t wait to be back and share all the delicious things we’ve been working on!

Who doesn't love Olive Salad?!?!
The bold and punchy condiment - salty, briny, a little tangy, with garlicky, herby notes; it’s chunky and savory, with a rich olive oil backbone. Most famously it’s used on muffuletta sandwiches, but it’s also great spooned over grilled meats or fish, tossed with pasta and/or pasta sauces, spooned over a block of cream cheese, or simply served as a punchy antipasto with bread and cheese.

Coming to Rockport Fulton Market Days. We'll have our signature "Candied Pickles" on hand along with our staples; artisan vinegars, infused salts & rubs, etc., and also some new items: Candied Jalapenos (aka, Cowboy Candy), Lemon Curd, and EVERYONE's favorite, OLIVE SALAD - perfect on crackers, spooned over a block of cream cheese, or simply spread on a thick sandwich bread - gotta love a muffaletta!!! 🤩🤩🤩
