Expect Shipping Delays in Western States

As a result of increased shipping demand as well as recently imposed curfews in several metropolitan areas, we are currently experiencing significant delivery delays in the following states:

California, Washington, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah.

We are working closely with the UPS executive team to improve delivery time, but regret that it could take 20 days or more from the time your order is paid for you to receive it. As a result, we can no longer guarantee delivery in time for Father’s Day to the states listed above.

Consultants in these states should not refer to the expected delivery dates schedule previously published.

Please advise your teams, Hosts, and Customers. Thank you for your understanding and your support as we work through these issues together. We will update you immediately as more information becomes available.

Please note: because these issues originate in the UPS facilities that serve our West Coast distribution center, order shipments to other states that are shipped from our East Coast distribution center are not affected at this time.
