Dave is always cooking up something good!

We're spilling some tea today. Fields Chuck Wagon is opening soon on East Jackson St. Stay hungry!

The owner of Fields Chuck Wagon trained with the Chief Executive Chef of Weber Grill. He offers a delicious menu including ribs, pulled pork, tenderloin, burgers, steaks, smoked chicken, smoked salmon, homemade soups and sides, and more

Did you know that the Maytag, known for making excellent laundry equipment, also are known for making blue cheese famous? All from a small farm in Iowa!

We are making progress and there's still much more to do. Thank you, Hicks Electric & Home Repair & Bradon Finch for helping us get the electrical and plumbing working again! We are going to fill the trough hole in the main room with concrete, and are thinking of closing off the walls and ceiling with corrugated metal.
