To celebrate, I wanted to share some of my favorite projects of 2023. 😍
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Looking back, I’m so proud of how much I’ve learned this year since picking crochet back up and I really want to encourage anyone who’s ever wanted to learn to DO IT!! It can be such a meditative craft and there’s nothing more satisfying than finishing a WIP and looking at it and knowing that you just made that with your hands. Crochet will forever be ✨magic✨ to me.

My first try at amigurumi and I have so much respect to the crocheters who focus on this particular art form. 👏🏻👏🏻 It looks a lot easier to do than it actually is, especially if you have a tendency to lose count of stitches (like me!).

I do truly love the end result though and find all of its imperfections very charming. 🥰

Blankets are a labor of love for sure, but this one is for my girl’s birthday coming up at the end of this month. 💕

It was so easy to get lost doing the Suzette stitch, which is what I used for the majority of this project, and it creates a gorgeous texture on both sides of the blanket. 😍
