If you own a garment that is knit with cashmere, you certainly know how wonderfully soft and luxurious the yarn is. If you haven’t knit with cashmere yet, you should. Cashmere is quite special because the wool is finer, stronger, and lighter than sheep wool. Because cashmere is such a fine fibre, it also has an amazing drape. Since cashmere is soft the fibre blooms as you knit or crochet with it.

At the shop we are welcoming Pascuali’s Cashmere 6/28 which is a 100% Cashmere wool yarn. We are offering the yarn as a kit which also includes the pattern for the Daily Scarf, or as a single ball of yarn if you have your own project in mind.

We have a new tote that is first being offered at the yarn crawl. Special price for the yarn crawl is $20, after the yarn crawl it will be $22.

To get ready for the yarn crawl we are not having Open Needlework tonight and will be closing at 5:00.

We are less than 3 days away from the start of the Wandering Ewe Yarn Crawl and we are scampering around to get ready. In order for us to be ready for Friday morning there will be no Open Needlework on Thursday evening. We will be closing at 5:00.

We will have a lot of fun kits for both knitters and crocheters and a free gift for the first 50 purchasers.
