Effective immediately I will no longer be taking on any new seamstress work. My hands and neck can no longer handle the abuse.

The Fabric Nook will continue to operate in all other regards exactly as it currently does.
I will be seeking to create a list of people who would like to provide alterations, hemming, quilting completions and wedding dress work of any kind.

I will not be making recommendations but will , if possible, provide names and contact information.

I truly appreciate all of my loyal customers and friends and hope you will understand and compassionately support this hard decision.

We will continue to do zipperREPAIR and will do Cover Stitch hems. If your garments are here now they will be completed.
