From our family to yours…Merry Christmas!

Good morning!!! Today is the day 🤗 Mo’Bay Beignet Co. Food Truck will be set up at the farm from 2pm-5pm. The trailer will be parked near the front of the farm, someone will be at the entrance to greet you & let you know where to park. If you are there to get a tree, just beignets or both, please be patient. We will do our best to get you where you would like to go.

***Just a fun note: Our “MawMaw” (Edna Ramsay) made beignets for her grandchildren’s birthdays & for many occasions. This was a BIG deal to all of us when she did AND if you got picked to shake them in the paper bag filled with powdered sugar to make sure each one was coated just right, it was your lucky day!! As we continue to honor our dad, John Ramsay, this 40th & final Christmas tree season, thought it would be fun to celebrate more of our favorite family traditions & share with you all, our customers & our community. I’m pretty sure dad would be the first in line today at that food trailer (or have his truck pulled right up to the window, even though it is not a drive through 🤷‍♀️🤣). ❤️🌲

Please keep the Ramsay Family in your prayers- as Mr. John is laid to rest tomorrow- JR was the owner of Ramsay Farms- and if you have ever been out to the farm, you probably have seen him there in his red pickup truck!
