“Hopes Reflection” sold today at the Fenton Art Walk. 💕 I’m grateful my art means something enough to someone that they would purchase it.
I’m grateful my art means something enough to someone. 💕

Moments like today remind me why I keep creating. Art has the power to connect people in ways words sometimes can’t, and I’m thankful that “Hope’s Reflection” found the person it was meant for.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared kind words, encouraged local artists, and supported the creative community today. Your support means more than you know. 💕🎨

In 2015, NASA - New Horizons mission revealed something extraordinary on Pluto, a giant heart-shaped region known as Tombaugh Regio. Billions of miles from Earth, on a tiny dwarf planet at the edge of our solar system, there is a heart.

Recently, my friend Brooklynn Jus Sayin' engraved Pluto's Heart onto my favorite basketball. 🏀 😍❤️‍🔥 What may seem like a simple gift has become a powerful reminder of my WHY.

Sometimes life gets busy. We get tired. We face challenges, setbacks, grief, and moments that test us. In those moments, we all need reminders of what matters most.

For me, Pluto's Heart and my family are those reminders. ❤️ Doing the next RIGHT thing for the next RIGHT reason with an open heart! Giving back to my community and those in need, advocating for people and insects without a voice!
Prism Project 🌈🦋 Monarch Joint Venture

✨ Fun Pluto Facts:
•Pluto is a dwarf planet located in the Kuiper Belt beyond Neptune.
•Pluto's famous "heart" is a massive region of frozen nitrogen ice.
•One day on Pluto lasts 153 Earth hours.
•It takes Pluto 248 Earth years to orbit the Sun.
•Pluto was discovered in 1930 by Clyde Tombaugh.

Pluto may be small, distant, and often overlooked, but it reminds us of something beautiful: ✨ Even at the farthest reaches of our solar system, there is a heart. ✨

Thank you, Brooklynn, for creating such a meaningful reminder. ❤️🔥🏀😍❤️‍🔥

🐻🪬Last night I created this on my iPad scrapbook, layering bits of previous artwork, templates and the Metta (Loving Kindness)Meditation.

🤗Theeen get this…. this morning in yoga class we practiced Metta (Loving-Kindness) Meditation.
And I was like hey 🤔💡I need to be practicing this RIGHT NOW and other people might need to know this and practice it too! 😍

Metta is an ancient practice from early Buddhist teachings, meaning unconditional kindness and goodwill toward all beings. It’s a simple but powerful way of sending compassion starting with yourself and gently expanding outward.

You repeat phrases like:
✨ “May I be safe”
✨ “May I be happy”
✨ “May I be healthy”
✨ “May I live with ease”

Then you extend those same wishes to someone you love, someone neutral, someone challenging, and eventually to all beings.

This practice has helped me feel more centered and rooted in the present moment. A soft, steady reminder that practicing kindness toward ourselves and others is sooo sooo so important. 💛
