What a week! 🎶

Our 2026 New Music Reading Clinic brought together music educators for three days of playing, singing, learning, and discovering new repertoire for the year ahead. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make each day such a great experience!

A special thank you to our wonderful clinicians JaRod Hall, Dr. Daniel Lee, Greg Gilpin, Victor Johnson, Krista Hart, Whitney Mayo, and Kim Bruguier, along with Mike Weber for accompanying. Your expertise, energy, and passion for music education made the week truly special.

And a big thank you to Jimmy D’s Catering Services for keeping everyone well fed throughout the week! Their food is something we look forward to every year, and they never disappoint. 😊

To all of the music educators who spent part of their week with us: thank you! We hope you left with new music, fresh ideas, and plenty of inspiration for the 2026–27 school year. 💙🎵

Our music educators spent last week at the Popplers Music Reading Clinics in Grand Forks, attending band, choral, and elementary music reading sessions.

A highlight of the week was meeting world-renowned choral composers Victor Johnson and Greg Gilpin during the choral clinic!

We’re excited to see all the new ideas and music they bring back to our Hi-Liner students! 💙🎵

“We have expression, we have souls, we are passionate about things, and all those things can be expressed through music.”

A great day of music-making at Popplers! 🎶

Our Elementary Day was packed with fresh repertoire, creative teaching ideas, and plenty of inspiration thanks to clinicians Greg Gilpin, Krista Hart, and Whitney Mayo, with Mike Weber accompanying.

We loved getting to share new music with educators and kick off another exciting year in the music classroom! 💙🎵

Choir Day was one for the books! 🎶🙌

There’s nothing quite like a room full of music educators coming together to sing, connect, and experience new music. We had such a great day reading through selections for the 2026–27 school year and sharing plenty of music along the way!

A special thank you to our fantastic clinicians, Greg Gilpin and Victor Johnson, for bringing their energy, expertise, and love of choral music to the day. And of course, thank you to every choir director who joined us and filled the room with song! 🎤🎵
