Abundance of tomatoes? 🍅 Make this! Cut up tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic & a splash of red or white w**e vinegar. Marinate in fridge overnight. I pull the jar out an hour before eating. Dump whole jar onto plate, hit it with a little salt & fresh burrata…mop up juices with sourdough bread 😋

Dressed in colours, bold and bright,
A tapestry of grace.
Lilies bloom in soft sunlight,
And roses find their place.

The soft air drenched in perfume,
Of blossoms, rich and healing,
Bring solace to the spirit,
A warm and welcome feeling .

Higher now, the sun ascends,
A golden, generous hand.
Summer’s reign, it now extends,
Across this waking land.

Warmer days and balmy nights,
