Temptations has always been about family. As the very first location of what has grown into four stores serving Grand Haven and Spring Lake, it's been a place where memories are made and traditions are passed down. Over the years, there's a good chance you've been served by the Murrays, then their kids, and now their kids' kids. While we're proud to serve award-winning ice cream, what means the most to us are the relationships we've built with our community through the generations. And if you stop in, don't be surprised to see Grandpa Ray and Grandma Diane behind the counter most days, still doing what they've always loved and welcoming everyone who walks through the door like family. Thank you for letting us be a part of your family's story for so many years.

Thank you to the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival for an amazing week! Cheers to all the volunteers and staff that worked long hours to create memorable experiences for all! And, congrats to the fireworks crew for continuing to out do themselves to give Grand Haven an amazing show!

For more than 100 years, Coast Guard Festival has been a tradition that brings Grand Haven to life. Every summer, generations of families, friends, Coast Guard members, and visitors gather to celebrate the community, the service, and the memories made along the lakeshore. Whether it’s your first festival or your fiftieth, there’s always something new to experience.

Today’s events include:
• Ship Tours
• Coastie Golf Tournament
• Coast Guard Recruiting Presentation (10 a.m.)
• Carnival (Noon–11 p.m.)
• Honorees Dinner
• Crazy Train – The Ozzy Experience on the Main Stage

Between events, take time to explore Downtown Grand Haven. Enjoy a great meal, shop local, grab a sweet treat, and soak in one of the best weeks of summer.

“I worked as a CNA for 9 years, during that time I went to nursing school, I found my passion for helping people, while I worked as a CNA I transitioned into the physical therapy department and helped as a aid, I absolutely loved it.

I found my passion for hands on care, I was always intrigued by the holistic side of care,
I decided to go to school for medical massage and I graduated from blue heron academy in Grand Rapids. I also went back to school to become a holistic health practitioner.

I specialize in trigger point therapy & sports massage, I absolutely love that every day & every appointment is so different, I love trying to solve the human body puzzle, I love being able to provide relief from chronic pain.

This career is my passion, every day is so rewarding, I can't imagine doing anything else.
