Life is busy and we often times forget to be grateful for the little things we experience on a daily basis.

This is a Friday Gratitude post. I am grateful for everyone who has supported Rosewood Provisions and continues to do so.

I am also grateful to get to share what's been keeping me busy behind the scenes of Rosewood Provisions. From garden tending, to sewing projects, getting lost in the wilderness, animal caretaking, and anything else I can slip into the 10 minutes of free time I get a day.

Take a few moments today to be grateful for something you have or don't have. Be sure to spread a little kindness and positivity along the way.

Oils, oils everywhere...but what do they actually do?
I get questions about carrier oils all the time. Castor oil, jojoba, Rosehip, argan, sweet almond...They all have different properties and different ways they can be used for skin, hair, and beauty.

So instead of answering the questions one at a time, let's talk about all of it.

Join me on Friday, September 4th at 5 PM for a casual carrier oil education night at Rosewood Provisions. We'll talk about the ins and the outs of some of the most common oils, what makes them different, how they can be used, and which ones might be worth reaching for.
