Hey everyone! Doing some fun stuff in the kitchen ! Today i spent most of the day putting this scrumptious eclair together!!

Made with a vanilla bean pastry cream inside with black cherries then dipped in a rich chocolate gnash , topped with a sliver of chocolate followed by a black cherry chifan meringue and garnished with mint and edible flowers
