Wife’s out of town, so my son and I made the most of the weekend by smoking dinner for some friends. We loaded up the Masterbuilt electric smoker with ribs, shrimp-stuffed bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers, and chicken wings at 275°. It was a full day of smoke, flavor, and good food! 🍖🔥🍤
