Had the honor of welcoming reggae royalty to the shop today! Huge thanks to Owen "Dreadie" Reid and Aston Barrett Jr. of The Wailers for stopping by, checking out the gear, and sharing some amazing vibes with us.

Always a blessing to connect with legend-level musicians. Safe travels on the road! ✌️🇯🇲

You never know what history is hiding in an old guitar case!
I opened up an old case and found an absolute time capsule:
A 1891 copy of Winner’s Eureka Method for the Guitar! -Oliver Ditson Company-
Vintage Gibson Mona-Steel string box straight out of Kalamazoo, MI.
Classic C.F. Martin & Co. dealer string box from Nazareth, PA.
Plus a vintage tortoise-shell style pick!
It’s crazy to think about the musicians who held these decades ago. Standard reminder: always check the storage pockets before you let an old case go!

Meet the Martin 00-18 Joe Bonamassa—a stunning tribute to Joe’s prized 1937 pre-war acoustic. Crafted with a solid spruce top, genuine mahogany back and sides, and Golden Era bracing, it delivers that warm, punchy, vintage resonance with modern reliability.
Plus, the custom sunburst finish perfectly replicates the authentic wear of Joe's original instrument.
Whether you play blues, folk, or fingerstyle, this comfortable 00-body is built for you to dig in and make it your own.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Nashville singer-songwriter and Grand Junction’s very own Matt Griffith stop by the shop!
It’s always awesome having local talent drop back in—especially someone who has gone on to build such an incredible career in Nashville as a performer, session guitarist, and producer.
Whether he’s shredding on stage, making magic in the studio, or stopping by to check out some gear, it's always a highlight seeing him. Thanks for staying connected to your Grand Junction roots and hanging out with us today, Matt—come back anytime! 🎶🙌

Just a couple of guitar legends hanging out in their natural habitat!
Huge thanks to stellar guitarist Gerry Goodman (of the Goodman Band) and Adam Pinales of AgedAxes for stopping by. We are incredibly lucky to have such talented makers, players, and friends supporting the shop.
Appreciate you both for being such awesome humans and keeping the local music scene strong. Keep rocking, fellas!
