📢 Important Ordering & Delivery Updates
To better serve my customers while balancing my primary work schedule, please note the following updates effective immediately:
✅ Delivery Availability
Regular delivery services are available Monday through Friday after 6:30 PM, or on the weekends.
✅ Delivery Fees
A $30 per every 15 mile delivery fee will be applied to all orders requiring delivery outside of my standard 5-mile service radius. This fee helps cover additional travel time and fuel costs.
✅ Deposits Required
All orders will require a 50% deposit to secure the requested date and time. An invoice for the deposit will be sent once the order is confirmed.
Deposits must be paid within 72 hours of receiving the invoice.
Orders will not be held or reserved until the deposit has been received.
✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders paid in full may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
All orders require a minimum of 1 week's notice for cancellation and refund eligibility.
Orders cancelled less than 1 week will be refunded all but the deposit.
