We just had all the Peaches on our Peach tree get ripe at once so we decided to make a batch of Peach/Pear Honey Wine. Honey Wine is wine that has both sugar and honey in it, which gives the peaches a warm fruity taste.

As a homebrewer, sometimes you taste the fruit juice slurry and just know that its going to be good. We've had a few people stop by and take a look at it, and its undeniably a popular flavor.

I can just imagine how much we'll be reminded of summer when we drink it this winter. Maybe even add other ingredients to take it up a notch.

We will be focusing on some College Logo Charcuterie's this next two weeks. If you are thinking about one for the holidays, any school, any State, call us soon so we can get it going for you. These boards take 4-5 weeks to make so plan ahead for the holidays.

Just an FYI....as prices increase everywhere, we have been able to maintain our kits and grains at the 2021 prices. (Not sure how long we can do it, but for now, prices are unchanged. Need to make an Octoberfest? Come in and pick up supplies.
