You will definitely want to step into the magical world of Every Rae Art at The Trenton Art Festival— she creates a total vibe in her space and in the way she captures the natural world in her art. We are so thrilled to have her participate in the third Trenton Art Festival in September 19th. You can see her and many other talented artists and makers noon to 8. The Trenton Art Festival and LOBSTERPalooza is proud to welcome artist Lloyd Cheatham Lloyd Cheatham! He is a ridiculously talented artist who works in oil, gouache, acrylics, and watercolor. He is active in The Detroit Fine Arts Breakfast Club, and has shown his work in many galleries. Come see him and other artists and makers at the event next Saturday, September 19th— Noon to 8 pm. There is a laser light show after also!

Approx. 1.5–2 hour ride

I haven’t made any art lately, and that is okay! Summer is winding down and it is back to teaching high school. This is year 30 and that means after this year I have my full pension and insurance benefits secured and I can’t freaking wait! I probably won’t retire after this year, but it feels powerful to know the option is there. Pic is me many years ago.
