Kicking us off at 2pm is the The Jay Alan Kay Band! They play Midwest minivan music. Influenced in equal parts by punk rock and Americana twang, the road is paved with songs about life, death, and professional wrestling.
3pm brings the Futuretime String Band! A Michigan based duo blending traditional Oldtime, Bluegrass, and Irish music. Seeing the music through a lens from the future, they reimagine the sound of traditional string band music, while fusing diverse global influences into a sound that feels both timeless and otherworldly.
At 4pm we have Mar in Color! Mar is a singer/songwriter based in Grand Rapids, MI. Her piano-driven indie pop/rock songs oscillate between raw emotion and playful wit, often at the same time. In live performances, Mar draws listeners in with her unfiltered honesty, heartfelt sincerity, and raw vulnerability, creating a deeply resonant connection with her audience while dazzling them with a dynamic vocal performance that showcases her impressive range.
5pm Cellist and vocalist Jordan Hamilton takes the stage! A mix of mastery and maverick musicality; hip-hop influenced, rhythmically layered, melodically robust. Avant garde, folk-soul music, a key to navigate space, time, and change, gracefully, for those who use it.
6pm is our headliner, LADY ACE BOOGIE! An Atlanta-bred, award - winning artist based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Compelled to share both her story, and the stories of others; she conveys a message centered on personal growth, struggle, and inspiration, with hopes to positively impact those who are listening.
