I forgot one important tenant that has been here for years but is a necessity for this community! Kootasca bases many of their programs out of the mall for many reasons: one being that AEOA makes many stops all day at the mall if you need to get here and sign up for services🙏 they also provide a small food shelf bank in their space if you are in need, or if you want to help out the many in our area that have needs. They are critical to our community and we pleased we have such a great relationship with their employees.

To all those whom view this website, the village bookstore closed it doors in December of 2020. Unfortunately COVID made it difficult to operate and stay open. It was with regret that we shut down however our space became an amazing vintage store that you should check out if you’re in the neighborhood. It’s called “ Blue River Market”. Also our mall has grown since we closed with many new and old faces: Eye Q, Grand Buffet, Double Dane, Balsam Creek Crafts, Spartan Deli, Crafted gifts, Gliks, Dragonfly Coffee, Clara’s Closet, Clara’s Cupboard, Great Tails Rescue, Grand Rapids Wellness, Korumburra Kustoms, 3Month Sun Photography, National Advisor Insurance, Kurtz Global Life Insurance, Tholen Law Office, Janine Hill Psychology, Half Baked on the Range, Terrence Development and the Wandering. Coming soon is Lash Beauty and Spa and Bark & Beyond Pet Supply. Hope you check us out!!

The Village Bookstore officially closed its doors on December 12,2020. We want to thank all of our customers for your support over the many years. We wish everyone a safe and healthy 2021.
