The Kelloggsville Rocket Marching Band was one of 35 bands from across the country selected to perform in the Freedom 250 National Memorial Day Parade held in Washington D.C.

On May 8, GVSU was filled with the sound of over 70 directors from across the state reading band pieces under the direction of composers Richard Saucedo, Chris Hass and Dave Wells.

Thank you to all who attended and a special thanks to Monica Jones for her work in setting this up. We're already looking forward to next year, plans are underway!
