This ‘87 TRX250R is complete and ready to head out the door! Build includes a fully gusseted chassis, Lonestar Racing axle, carrier, anti-fade and +2 arms, Fullbore Innovations fenders, DG Performance bumper, grab bar and nerfs, Duncan Racing International chrome Eliminator pipe and Fat Boy 2 silencer, fully rebuilt engine and a Clarke oversized fuel tank.

A customer shipped us this Houser CRF Hybrid all the way from Florida. This machine will need a lot of work. What do you think? Can it be saved?

Finished up the Laeger narrow TRX250R for Action Offroad. Machine is complete with a T-Pin front end, billet CR500 link rear, Custom Axis shocks, and an LED 300 kit with billet cases. Definitely one of our favorites so far!

Clean, mostly stock ‘89 TRX250R (with the exception of plastics and some basic bolt ons) came in for a tune up after sitting for a number of years. We have always loved the ‘89 OEM graphics on these machines.

Operation CRF swap starts now! In early May we picked up a 2023 CRF450R and have slowly been collecting parts for a successful transplant. The JB ATV RACING makes the swap possible without any modifications to the TRX chassis. Engine will be completely disassembled and rebuilt utilizing a Tim Dettling head / ECU tuning and likely an RP Race Performance exhaust system. Standby for more updates!

Finished up this 1989 Honda CR125R motor this week. This was a bit of a challenge with OEM parts availability but the finished product turned out awesome. Rebuild consists of rebuilt OEM crank, Wiseco 55.50mm Piston, Wiseco Billet Clutch Basket, HD Clutch Pack, Full HPI Ignition, Updated Aluminum Stator Cover, and a complete v***r blasting treatment.
