An Tir has been windier than I had hoped. Last week, my wife Sandye McCraw had carefully pinned every roll. Today, stiff breezes and hordes of shoppers disrupted the shop a bit. I will endeavor to have it shipshape again by the time I se up at Portero.

Last week, someone sent me a message asking about my upcoming schedule. I checked, and found that I had not published since December 10.

Here is my upcoming schedule. Dates after Pennsic are tentative, and anything can change. I will take suggestions for open weekends, but if your kingdom already appears on the list, you are not likely to prevail. Additionally, there is still time needed to complete the move.

May 1-10. Diamond Beltaine/ Mists Cynagua War.
May 15-17 An Tir Spring Crown
May 21-24 Potrero War. Caid
May 30. Melee on the Loch, Loch Cairn, Meridies. Most likely a daytrip. Travel and Weather dependent
June 5-13. War of the Lilies. Calontir.
June 17-21. King’s Road, Artemisia
June 23-28. Battlemoor, Outlands
June 30-July 5. An Tir West War

Calontir Trim is open at West Kingdom Beltaine and Principality Wars. I will be in and out during the week, definitely in on Monday and out on Tuesday, but definitely back by Friday. This gives you plenty of time to cut your samples.

A second weekend of rain and wind. But I shall persevere.

Open for business at Olympics LARP This is my last visit here before retirement. I plan to be at Winter Wars in November at Dalwhinnie fields, near Selma, AL.

Forty minutes before this picture was taken, at Meridies Coronation, Calontir Trim was open at this location, albeit in a truncated, fever addled form. Then came the darkening skies and the wind gusts. Many of the trim racks were knocked down and the tent was threatened. A call for help went out and more than a dozen responded. Trim was retrieved, hardware packed down and tent struck. All was done with efficiency mixed with urgency. So many the number of those who came to my aid and so weakened was my mind that I cannot hope to remember all of them.

My thanks to all who saved the trim.

What a warm welcome to my new home.
