There is something special about the sunlight shining into Dwellings, especially as we watch the sun set a little earlier each evening. It catches on the art, accessories, fabrics, and furniture throughout the studio, making everything shimmer in a way that is hard to capture on camera.

We couldn’t help but take a few clips of the afternoon light making its way through the studio. Sometimes it’s the simplest moments that make us stop and look around at the space a little differently.

We’ve been busy hanging new art in the studio lately, and when we do, we often can’t resist changing a couple of things around, too. This beautiful floral piece inspired us to switch up our sideboard, and suddenly, we couldn’t help but add little touches of green in other places throughout the room.

We’re calling it our pink and green room right now, and we can’t get enough of it.

This has been a conversation around Dwellings for months: we have some really great pieces that just haven’t gotten the love they deserve, and we want to see them find a home.

So, after talking through different ways to highlight those pieces, we came up with something new: our sale tags. If you spot a piece with a double tag, that means it’s on sale. And sometimes, those pieces are even marked down twice!

We also created an entire wall of sale art, with pieces ready to find their next home.

Come in, take a look around, keep an eye out for those double tags, and see what you can find. You might just come across one of our best sale pieces.
