I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2010 as a Pastry Chef. I make everything from scratch using only top quality products.

I have a love of chocolate (well who doesn’t?) and decided at age 69 to start Everything Chocolate by Cynth.

It’s late and so am I! Sorry but ever have one of those days where you take three steps forward and 5 back???? And my Refrigerator died to boot!!! Anyway here’s the menu for tomorrow!

I am starting something new. Every week I’m going to feature a yummy treat from another country! Tomorrow I’m featuring a raspberry (real) fluffy candy called a Raspberry Zephyr! It’s like a meringue that’s melts in your mouth on contact!!! YUM! It comes from Germany…. Come and Taste how good it is!

I also made some new bars…one is a Hazelnut walnut Giandjua and the other is a Chai honey nougat with caramel and pecans! Hope to see you all tomorrow 11 to 4!

YAY! I’m so HAPPY to ANNOUNCE THAT WE WILL BE AT FIRST FRIDAY
this Friday!! We will be parked in front of the Visitor Center at G and 6th in Grants Pass! I’m working on lots of goodies like your choice of real strawberry shortcake or Fresh Peach shortcake (from my tree!). I think I’ve perfected my truffles and bonbons. I’ll have the Dubai Pistachio, Lemon Cheesecake, Oreo Cookies n Cream just to name a few AND I have created my Vegetarian Botanical Chocolate Bar! No dairy to be found in that baby! Made with 3 different Cocoas, Cocoa Butter and Coconut Oil.. It’s Yummy! Hope to see you all Friday night starting at 4:45! We will also be at TROON VINEYARD Sundays 11-4! Hope to see you all!! Menu will be posted Thursday…

Looking for something to do this Sunday? Come to TROON VINEYARD in the beautiful Applegate! Sit under some shady trees and enjoy wines and CHOCOLATES! I’m making some new TRUFFLES! Lemon cheesecake, red velvet, Tiramisu and of course Oreos cookies n cream! We will be there 11-4!! I will also have my VEGAN chocolate bar and the usual goodies! See you then! — at Troon Vineyard.

HI EVERYONE! I’ve been kind of silent lately as I had surgery on my wrist and hand (yes from making chocolates!) taking the time to work on some new recipes and ideas for the coming season! In case you didn’t see it I’m now at TROON VINEYARD in the Applegate valley. Only 10-15 minutes from Grants Pass. If you haven’t been there please come and see what a beautiful place it is and of course great wines and even things for the kids to do! Pet friendly too! I’m there every Sunday (accept tomorrow) 11 to 4. I think I’ll be setting up also on my corner in Grants Pass at Evelyn and Washington (4th) on Saturdays 11-4(or so) starting next week. I’ve got lots of goodies in the works! I look forward to seeing you soon…in the meantime try to stay cool!! (Or is it Kool?)

Hello! So you spoke and I listened! I have made some adjustments and I did reduce the size of the candies (not too much!) and l also reduced the prices!! Come check it out! I’m going to be open at the PORCHFEST this Saturday June 20th at 4th (Washington) and Evelyn! If you haven’t been to PORCHFEST you are missing a great day! The whole street is closed and we have food trucks and BANDS playing great music at most of the homes on their porches! It’s a family friendly event and proceeds go to the kids at risk. Time is 10:30 to 3:00! Come and have a blast! Pet friendly too! I have another AMAZING announcement but I’ll save that for next week. lol. Good things in the pipeline!! Do you know what Pate de Fruit is?? Come find out!!
