UPDATE ON FIREWORKS:

1. Due to a legal technicality, there is NO Fireworks Ban for the City of Grants.

2. TNT FIREWORKS WILL BE selling aerials and a mix of safe and sane items at our usual Walmart location.

3. Because we were preparing for the Ban and City Limit items, we will still have a second location in Milan that will also carry aerials and a mix of safe and sane items in the dirt lot of the Keva Chaco Canyon Trading Post.

Any questions: just come in and ask for Lynn, Josh, or Stu your Fireworks Directors.

Before word gets misunderstood about the City of Grants "fireworks ban", let me clarify.
1. TNT Fireworks Tent will be at our usual location in the Walmart parking lot.
2. This year because of the adopted plan from the State of NM, we will NOT be selling aerials that are outlined.
3. We WILL ONLY sell items that are legal for the City. Ground items, such as fountains, novelties, and the like. Known as "Safe and Sane"
4. If you live on the Reservation, everything we will have in stock will be legal for your area.
5. If you have questions, we will help you find what's right for you and your living area.
6. The "Ban" more specifically refers to No state parks, No mountain areas, and no open ranges.
7. If you go to a TNT location, we will have a copy of the ordinance for your review.
8. Keep an eye out for our sister location that WILL carry items that are legal for areas outside the city limits.
