The heat is here and historically, yarn shops have a slower season. We are here to keep you motivated and crocheting and knitting all summer. It’s the perfect time to work on those tops or sweaters for the slightly cooler weather in the Fall. Starting today until Sunday the 21st, any yarn with cotton is on sale 20% off. I’m resharing this adorable goose that Jen Dai made my sweet grandbaby, Celeste. Her favorite things are fishing with her daddy, coming to grandma’s yarn shop and using her big eyes to get whatever she wants. We have lots of the chenille yarn in stock and all she had to do was look at it and she had a fishing goose made. 💜

This Saturday the 13th is World Wide Knit and Crochet in public day. What better way to spend it than in the air conditioning learning a new craft. We don’t have extra fun planned for this year. We’ve been dealing with a few things and will have to have another fun event another day. But, if you’ve ever been wanted to learn to knit or crochet, this weekend is the perfect time.

Power is back on!

Our power has just gone out. Oncor is saying 3:30, but fingers crossed it’s a lot sooner. I’ll update as soon as it’s back on.

We will be participating in the 4 day KAL with Olive Knits this year! Cast on is July 1st. I’ll post more information soon, but you can hop over to Ravelry to download the Watermark pattern you want to cast on and see what supplies you need. Shoppe is open until 4 today. There is no Fiber Day.
