Employees are EVERYTHING in a small business. And somehow I seriously hit the jackpot with mine.

I’ve had the same amazing crew for the past 9 years. NINE YEARS. That means when you walk into Northbound, you see the same familiar faces. People who know you, are happy to see you, and actually like being there. 😂 That is such a huge part of what makes this place what it is.

So we shut it down for a couple days and got out of the shop together. Rode bikes, ate a ton of food, drank some beers, sat around the fire, sunset sailed the bay, laughed a lot and basically just hung out.

And it was SO FUN.

I love these people. I love that we actually like spending time together even after spending all our time together. 😂 And I’m just really freaking lucky that these are the people I get to do Northbound with. ❤️
