Fall is my favorite season!!
Current life situations have us a little bit restricted with decorating. My middle son is especially upset about this and so I’ve been attempting to little by little create a homey space for us to enjoy.
I’ve wanted some type of fabric banner for a while now, and I finally thrifted enough ribbon and used my genuine vintage lace 🤍, and found the cute pumpkin ribbon at the dollar store.
My favorite part about this banner is that nothing on it is permanent- the letters are just tied on, and all the ribbons can slide if I want to move them, take away or add to it.
These are my happy shades, so I don’t think I’d change it at all, except maybe taking out the pumpkin and replacing it for other seasons but we’ll see! 🍁🐦⬛
I’m a firm believer in creating, expressing yourself, and avoiding the endless cycle of purchasing plastic decor for every event/season.
It’s handmade, reusable, mostly thrifted, and my boys all said they loved it. I have a win win 👏🏼🥰
