Ninety percent of the flowers in our arrangement came straight from the Berkshire undergrowth—gathered responsibly from fields and forest edges. Every stem carries a little piece of this place. I try to look at the weeds for what they can be - a shape, a color, a texture. Sometimes the greatest treasures are lying in plain sight. They just need someone to behold them in a new light.
