One of these things is not like the others! So, not EVERYTHING I buy is "rustic" (or firewood, as likes to call it!)

This Jacobean style entry hall piece was produced by Grand Rapids, MI based furniture company Berkey and Gay sometime in the 1st half of the 20th century. Meant to hold umbrellas, canes, riding crops. There's a drawer for gloves and other items. Skillfully crafted of American Oak, I see this gracing the entrance of a genteel Hudson Valley farmhouse that is perpetually in my imagination.
