✅CONDITION GRADING✅
A+ is the gold standard for a used device. Devices rated as A+ will be in mint condition and look like new or extremely close.
A grades - device will be in very good cosmetic condition with only very light wear present. Light wear may consist of extremely light scratches on the screen, back, and/or housing. Devices in this category will be in excellent condition and the wear will be minimal.
B grades - device will be in good overall shape with light wear such as scratches on the screen, back, and/or housing. Corners may show light wear such as minor dings, dents, or scrapes. Consider these devices as in average used condition.
C grades – device will be in fair condition with noticeable wear such as heavy amounts of scratches on the screen, back, and/or housing. Corners may show heavy wear such as dings, dents, or scrapes.
+/- will be used to indicate a device is rated at the top/bottom of the assigned condition category.
® Next to the letter grade means the device has been refurbished in some way (new screen, battery, etc.) Feel free to ask about the specifics of the device you are interested in.
© Next to the letter grade indicates the device has a minor cosmetic issue present that does not affect the functionality of the device. Specifics of the cosmetic issue can be found on the item page at www.thephoneguy1.com

🔓UNLOCK DEFINITIONS🔓
Unlocked* = device is permanently unlocked for MOST carriers but may not include a small number of smaller carriers. Please check compatability.
Unlocked** = device is permanently unlocked for only GSM carriers such as AT&T, Cricket, Straight Talk, T-mobile, etc.
Unlocked U1 - A factory unlocked Samsung device that will work for any carrier.

Each phone comes with a charger, which may be generic (not an original OEM Apple/Samsung charger).Please note that phone manufacturers recommend only using OEM chargers on their devices.
💰Payment info
Payment methods accepted are cash, credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Facebook pay. Payments made via credit/debit cards, PayPal Goods and Services, or Venmo Purchases, are charged an additional 4% fee. Sales tax is subject to the county rate where the transaction occurs. We are located in Great Bend KS but devices can be shipped anywhere for an extra fee. 💰
