**PSA:** I know I’m not the only small business owner or boss lady who needs to say this.

After a pretty crappy interaction this past month, I feel like I need to say something because, honestly, it really bothered me. I don’t like negativity, confrontation, or feeling like I have to explain myself, but I also think this is something that needs to be said.

I own two businesses, and 9 months out of the year, I also teach middle school special education full-time.That’s a LOT for one person to juggle, and I know I’m not alone in that boat.

So, for the love of all that’s holy, please have some patience and be kind. It really shouldn’t have to be said, but a little patience and kindness goes a LONG way.

We’re all battling things behind the scenes that nobody else knows anything about. You never know what someone is carrying while they’re trying to keep their business, family, job, and life running.

If I don’t reply to your message or give you a call when you expected me to, please know that I probably got pulled in another direction. Life happens. Things come up. Sometimes I simply get busy and something slips through the cracks.

Sometimes, a simple reminder is all it takes. I’m human. ❤️

I’m happy to help my customers, and I genuinely appreciate every single person who supports my businesses. But I am not at anyone’s beck and call. I am human- I am not a machine. I have a personal life outside of my businesses, just like everyone else.

So please, treat small business owners like humans. Be patient. Be kind. Be respectful.

And if you can’t respect those simple expectations, then please take your business elsewhere.

None of us deserve to be treated poorly simply because we own a business.

My first order from **Alliance Equine** out of Alberta, Canada arrived last night! 🇨🇦 I can't wait to try their magnetic therapy products and splint boots. They have an incredible reputation, and I'm so excited to now offer these products to my customers. Stay tuned—I have a feeling you're going to love these! ✨🐴
