What started as a crazy dream turned into an entire summer of bliss. Thank you to everyone local and across the globe that has supported our small but mighty bookstore by hosting our pop ups, shopping with us, and spreading the word. We started from pre orders, moved on to pop ups, and now we’re looking into commercial spaces 🥹📚. Thank you for believing in US. We truly believe in our mission to promote literacy in our surrounding communities and we are so grateful for everyone who chose to shop local to make our dream a reality. We couldn’t do it without our community’s support 🥹📚. Love, the Stokes Family.

“A diary written in 1912 by a Lutheran pastor is discovered within a wall. What it unveils is a slow massacre, a chain of events that go back to 217 Blackfeet dead in the snow. Told in transcribed interviews by a Blackfeet named Good Stab, who shares the narrative of his peculiar life over a series of confessional visits. This is an American Indian revenge story written by one of the new masters of horror, Stephen Graham Jones.”

Thank you to everyone who came and saw us today at the Seneca Iroquois National Museum and thank you so much for the Museum crew for allowing us to be there for Food Truck/Vendor Friday! I wish we would’ve done this all summer it was so nice connecting with new faces and finding new readers in our community!! We try to carry a little bit of everything and are so grateful for the amount of new and returning faces we saw today.

Each pop-up event puts us one tiny step closer to our dream of having a brick & mortar location year round to be able to better serve our surrounding community and utilize the trailer for fun events like this in the future.

Thank you to our community for the support you have been giving our family on this new adventure. We truly believe that we can continue to build a community of readers and love hearing people connect over the books they have read/want to read or have seen online from our collection. It is absolutely amazing and love finding the perfect read for you!!
