A handful of years back we started this band, and with it a pretty great excuse to see all the bands we like play while they’re active.

We knew a few folks in a couple GBUFO Fest bands, but kinda just wanted an adventure before summer ended.

We got to see most of the bands that played Day 3 GBUFO Fest 2023 in-store, grabbed Sick Thoughts & Mystery Girls records, and hoofed to Algoma Beach— a famed 1960s UFO spot, for a COOL, COOL show with Jinksie, Hue Blanc, & Zissous.

We were making plans to come back in 2024 for more awesomeness, like Pet Mosquito, but guess what? WE GOT BOOKED!! We didn’t have to save our singles to do this again next year, we were gonna be on the STAGE! It was something we looked forward to that ENTIRE next year.

Anyway, Tom Smith has been doing this for 40 years and we’re super grateful to have been on his radar. We look forward playing this. We hope you can make it out to see all these great bands, and our never before heard surprise cover tune!

Anybody ever heard this or know anything about it? It’s VERY Milwaukee-centric, name dropping many of your fine suburbs, I-94, and the Bronze Fonze, among other landmarks.

GBUFO is into both kinds of music, hip AND hop.
But also everything else too. But mostly hip hop today.
