Happy birthday from the Shire! It’s a light chocolate sponge with a kirsch simple syrup drizzle, layered with vanilla mascarpone cream and cherry compote. The outside is decorated with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and modeling chocolate (and a little isomalt for the windows)
