Back home safe and sound from an amazing weekend in Maggie Valley for the annual Hillbilly Jam - Maggie Valley Festival!! We had an amazing time, met a Ton of people, spent solid time with friends and I can't even begin to explain how crazy awesome our booth setup, heck, the entirety of the Whiskeybite Workshop coming to fruition, as well as Big Beard & Still Will representing our commitment to this community more than ever, this was without a doubt the best Hillbilly Jam experience ever!!

I have a lot of people to thank, and I'll be posting more pictures and fun times from the HBJ soon! In the meantime, shoutout to my parents Heartwood Designs TN and our friends Kim and Kenny Taylor for providing Significant help and support thru the weekend! My wifey Miss Kara Loveheart for supporting crazy ideas, my brother and of course, thank you Becky Ramey for having us and for putting on one Heck of a Festival this year!!

It's time to kick off Friday with a new Whiskeybite Workshop product drop!!

With a few Months of research and testing ideas, I'm proud to release an entirely organic rapid aging option: Concentrated Bourbon Steeping Tea Bags!!

Not only do these begin to work instantly and can infuse a full pint of spirits in 30 minutes, these can also be used to infuse bourbon, vanilla, caramel and toasted oak flavor into non alcoholic beverages too!!

Skeptical? Curious how well these really work? Check back for the time lapse reel to drop this afternoon; then find them at the Whiskeybite Workshop booth at Hillbilly Jam - Maggie Valley next weekend, 7/25/26-7/26/26 !!!

I'm excited to announce that, this year... Whiskeybite Workshop will have a booth at Hillbilly Jam for the very first time. 🤩

That’s a pretty big deal for me, and I’ve had a lot of good people help me get this far.

Huge thanks to Tracy Bumgarner, Kris Fortner, and the whole Flaming Aces Distillery crew, along with John Bentz and Firehouse Shine Co, for helping test and promote the Barrel Stave Cocktail Smoker Kits, and another product that hasn’t quite been released yet. 😉

Thanks to Brandon Buffington for taking one of my Barrel Stave whistles out in the wild and actually putting it to use while hiking.

Thanks to Kenny Taylor and Bill Foster for helping me test some of the infusion and rapid aging experiments.

Thanks to my beautiful wife Shana, also known as Miss Kara Loveheart, my brother (Big Beard), and my parents over at Heartwood Designs TN, who some of you may know from the Underground Contest trophies they’ve made the last two years.
