DC Activist Street Band played on a truck in the rain to fight for what we believe in! Keep public lands public! Hands Off Haines Point!

You know who wants to privatize Haines Point and make it into a private golf course. Gross! 😠
He already dumped all the debris from the Whitehouse East wing onto the public golf course on The Point. 😒

What's up,
A practice on the overpass during rush hour. After a long week of demonstrations and biking all over DC. I'm more than tired. My playing is never perfect, I didn't edit, cause I'm a real person. 🎶 Make mistakes, learn from then and keep playing!

Tomorrow! Friday at 5:30-7 come to Greenbelt Community Center and stab wool with me.

I'm teaching needle felting. The topic is Fall Garland, aka do what you wanna.

It's a fun way to make art and hang out with neighbors and friends. Walk-ins welcome!

This is Mercy, mercy, mercy 🎶 DCASB playing at DC Art All Night.

We love taking turns playing solos. 🎶✨🎶

Solos are hard. Playing loud and proud is important. You are the center of attention, you have to pretend you know what you're doing( isn't that for a lot of things😛)

Performance for the judges stand at Greenbelt Labor Day Parade!

For a few weeks some of us created this Trojan horse, going to the club. 🦄✨
It was a team effort!!!
I helped create the head.
But also play 🎺🎶 and dance!

We won Best in Parade 2026, Greenbelt Labor Day Parade!

I made some art in between band gigs.
And entered my broom into the Retro Town Fair for the Greenbelt Labor Day Festival.
I grew the corn in my victory garden.
The cloak is displayed in the Art Show, with the teacher art.
And I'll be wearing my ice dyed shirts when I play🎺🎶 later today 5:30pm on the stage and tomorrow during the Greenbelt Labor Day Parade 10am.

For The March on Washington 2026. March for the vote!

This was my favorite part of the day. 🎶✨🤩❤️🤍💙❤️🌈🍒🫐
