A little (long) introduction to who we are here at Memories Etched in Faith. First, thank you to all of the wonderful people that have stopped in with encouraging words, praise, prayers and support for what we are trying to do here. I don't know of another store like it. We kinda have a 2 in one, well, 3 in one actually going on here in a small space of just under 700 sq ft lol...
First of all, m
ost important, we are Christians. A friend pointed out that there wasn't anywhere in town to get Christian based gifts for Birthdays, Weddings etc. So, we wanted to bring those things to our little town. We have Christian inspired cups, mugs, caps, t-shirts, stickers, key chains, cutting boards, toys, journals, pens, and more. However, with so many Bible translations and different prints and the need for large quantities of each one for reasonable prices combined with our small space we learned that, at least for now, books and Bibles will not be our #1 focus. We do have and will keep just a few books and Bibles on hand. The few Bibles we have can be personalized. Secondly, we both have a little artist living inside of us. Randy likes working with wood, especially cedar. I am more of a "Let me try everything" kinda person. So, we do things like making clocks, handmade pens, decorations for your wall, planter boxes, wood signs, and other rustic type stuff, all of which can be personalized. Third, as many of you know, we own the monument company next door. When we purchased a laser machine to bring our laser engraving in-house, we quickly realized just what all we can do with that LARGE laser! Since we have this machine, we can personalize almost anything! I've even seen someone personalize a watermelon for a special event! We can do that now! We have the ability to laser anything from the size of a peanut, to our large monuments. We can engrave leather, stone, wood, glass, acrylic and more. We customize tumblers, knives, your front door, cutting boards, glasses, caskets, and the list goes on and on. We are also looking into other types of personalization so keep checking our page for more new things.
