Welcome to September. Hopefully the weather is starting to cool down a bit as we enter fall. Donations have been coming in, and we've been working hard getting things ready for Tuesday, so please join us tomorrow and come see what fun treasures you can find. Our inventory changes often, so be sure to check in regularly.

Sales at the store this week are 50% off all kids clothing (all clothes for kids and toddlers), and all footwear (even specially priced shoes and boots located in the counters near the register).

Hours this week are Tue - Fri, 10am-5pm and Sat 10am-2pm.

Just a reminder, tomorrow, Saturday, September 5th, 2026, is our only Spay/Neuter discount coupon giveaway for the month. Coupons are good for $150 off the cost to spay/neuter your pet. Also includes $25 towards a rabies shot, which is required when having them fixed. There is one coupon per household per year, and people must be Putnam County Indiana residents to participate in the program. Coupons are good for 4 months from the date of issue.

We will give out coupons all day on Saturday, September 5th at Rescued Treasures. Please bring a valid ID showing proof of Putnam County residence. There is no limit to the number of coupons we give out, but we only give them out one day per month.
Please remember, we can only have this program because people donate at our store, people volunteer to help us sort and process and price donations to put out in the store, and people buy things at our store. That is all necessary for us to be able to have this generous program. We give out around $100,000 worth of discount coupons in any given year, so please understand what it takes to make this happen.

Here's hoping you all are ready to step into a new month. It's September, which means that this Saturday will be the first Saturday of the month. Time for another discount coupon day at Rescued Treasures. For those needing to have pets spayed or neutered, come on by the store this Saturday between the hours of 10-2 to pick up your spay/neuter coupon. One coupon per family per calendar year. Coupons are good for $150 off the cost to spay/neuter your pet, plus $25 towards a rabies shot. You must be a Putnam County Indiana resident to participate in the program. Please bring a valid ID showing proof of residence with you when picking up your coupon. Stay tuned for more information this week.

Before we start, this Saturday, August 1st, will be our next spay/neuter discount coupon giveaway day. We will hand out coupons all day Saturday (10am-2pm) at Rescued Treasures. We will not run out that day, but that will be the only day all month that we give them out, so be sure to come in if you are in need of one.
