Everyone, say hello to Brooke! 👋 We asked Brooke a few questions so you could get to know her a little better!

As our service manager, Brooke is a planner and problem-solver who loves finding solutions for our customers and making appliance problems a little less stressful. Which if you've ever had a broken appliance, you know just how stressful of an experience that is.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Brooke spending time with her family or grabbing a bite at her favorite local restaurant, Lost Hollow B**r Co. Her dream showroom pick? Café appliances because of their timeless, sleek designs. 🤍

We asked Brooke: washer or dryer.. which could she not live without? And she’s keeping the washer! Brooke enjoys hanging her laundry outside to dry from time to time. As her grandma always said, “There is nothing better smelling than hang-dried bed sheets.” 🧺 We agree, Grandma!

Brooke says she loves being part of a growing, small-town business where every interaction matters. That attitude is just one of the reasons we’re incredibly lucky to have her taking care of our customers!
