🐾 A LITTLE BELATED, BUT TOO IMPORTANT NOT TO POST! 🐾

We may be a little late celebrating National Dog Day, but around here, every day is a good day to celebrate our four-legged coworkers! 🐶❤️

👑 Jersey is the OG…the original face of Korner Pawn and the one who started it all! But these days, Jersey has some backup. 😉

They all take turns coming to the shop to “help” out… although we’re still trying to figure out exactly what their job descriptions are! 😂

From greeting customers to providing moral support, accepting treats, and making sure everyone gets a little extra happiness when they walk through the door, we absolutely LOVE our dogs at KP!

We’re pretty sure they’d tell you they’re an essential part of the team. And honestly… we agree. ❤️🐾

🐾🎉 WE ALSO WANT TO WISH PENNY HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY! 🎉🐾

Today we’re also celebrating another one of our favorite four-legged members of the KP family… Penny! ❤️

Penny belongs to our amazing employee, Mandy, and today she’s turning 4 years old! 🥳 She absolutely loves coming to work at Korner Pawn! Whether she’s making her rounds for pets, supervising the staff, or greeting customers with those sweet puppy dog eyes, she always brightens everyone’s day.

Let’s be honest… Penny is spoiled rotten just like every dog should be! 🦴🐶💕

When she’s not hanging out at KP, her favorite thing in the world is going camping with her family!

🎉🐾 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR SWEET JERSEY! 🐾🎉

Today we’re celebrating the birthday of one of Korner Pawn’s most beloved team members… Jersey! ❤️

The truth is, we don’t know her exact birthday because she was abandoned near our home 13 years ago. Based on our best guess, our sweet girl is now 14 or 15 years old! 🥳

For years, Jersey has been the unofficial Chief Customer Greeter, welcoming everyone through our doors with a wagging tail and a gentle heart. She has never met a stranger and has loved every person who stopped by.

These days, our sweet senior girl spends more time napping, and since she’s now deaf, she doesn’t always hear customers coming in. But she still melts our hearts every single day. ❤️

🎂 As a birthday surprise, Matt ordered a DNA test for her! We should know her breed mix (and even get a better estimate of her age) in the next 2–3 weeks.

🐶 Our guess: Redbone Coonhound + Beagle… but we’d love to hear what YOU think!

🎉 We Almost Forgot… Happy 4th Anniversary to Us! 🎉

Believe it or not, we’ve been so busy serving our amazing customers that we completely missed posting about our 4-year anniversary of owning Korner Pawn! On June 27, 2022, we began this incredible journey, and what an amazing four years it has been.

While we’ve proudly owned Korner Pawn for the past four years, KP has been a trusted part of the Greeneville and surrounding communities for approximately 30 years. We are honored to continue that legacy and work every day to earn the trust of each person who walks through our doors.

None of this would be possible without our incredible customers. Thank you for your loyalty, your business, your referrals, and for allowing us to be a small part of your lives. Your support means more to us than words can express.

A very special thank you goes to Mandy Shipley and Karlah Valys. Your hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes help make Korner Pawn what it is every single day. We truly appreciate everything you do and are blessed to have you on our team.

And to Matt—thank you for the countless hours, the sacrifices, and for always going above and beyond to accommodate every customer to the very best of your ability. Your commitment to treating people fairly and serving our community is the heart of Korner Pawn.
